Jimi Hendrix was an American guitarist, singer, and songwriter. He is regarded as one of the most influential electric guitarists in the history of popular music, and one of the most celebrated musicians of the 20th century. And that is true, but for me, his music was a part of my musical journey and is now a part of my artistic journey.
It was important to capture him in all his vibrant clothes and showcase his reversed Fender. The color needed to be right and the shading was something I really focused on to get right.
