In Rock n Roll there are those rare phenomenal talents, that touch a nerve, that get to your very soul and become a part of your being. For me of course it is Jimmy Page.
He was the greatest live lead guitarist I have ever seen. Yet, others may say differently. For my brother Steven, being 10 years younger than I, he grew up when Van Halen burst on the scene.

And to him the late Great Eddie Van Halen was that talent , that musician that became part of his being. I was inspired to paint Eddie, after his passing. You can see it here.

Motivated by the fact that I had seen Van Halen 6 times, with 3 different lead singers , and it was always the electrifying Eddie Van Halen that made the shows, my latest painting I tried to capture the energy, the passion and the heart of Eddie while on stage!
